The cool thing about this sensor is that it remembers CO readings, so it’s able to determine whether the CO level goes to an unusual amount because of a faulty generator or other appliances.

It’s battery powered

Yes, this thing runs on two AA batteries. You can easily set this device up yourself without having to call an electrician because you don’t have to deal with any wiring whatsoever.

Also, combination devices such as this usually use three AA batteries. That means you’ll be cutting down on battery costs if you pick this model.
